What you saw, kept apart from what it means
These three numbers count answers you entered, nothing else. Being named in a text and being cited as a source are two different events. A cited source is not proof that its content produced the answer.

Write it for a person. A passage that is lifted out of the page has to carry its own subject, its own condition and its own evidence, because the rest of the page does not travel with it.

What this check reads and what it leaves to you
It arranges what you type. It does not reach any answer engine, does not open your page, does not open the cited sources, and does not decide whether an answer was correct.
It cannot see which documents an engine considered and passed over. A page that was never retrieved and a page that was retrieved and not used look the same from here.
The name match is literal and stops at word boundaries, so a name inside a longer word is not counted. A source address counts as yours when its host is your domain or sits below it. Anything else is for you to judge.
No number on this page is a score. A score would need a series of passages whose citation is known, and a demonstration that the number moves with it. There is no such series here, so there is no such number.
Answers vary between services, between days and between runs of the same question. One answer is an observation. Several answers, recorded with their date and wording, are the beginning of a measurement.
